Checks Before Dispatch
Every batch of bands, straps and mats that arrives at our Glasgow unit gets looked over before it's packed for an order, checking the rubber for consistent thickness, the webbing for even stitching, and the foam for any soft spots that would flatten too quickly.
The Material Behind The Build
Natural rubber latex is checked for stretch and recovery, cotton webbing is checked for stitch density along the load-bearing seams, and foam is pressed by hand to check it springs back rather than staying compressed.
- Quality check: stitching, seams and tension are checked before an order is packed.
- Traceability: we order rubber and webbing directly from producers we work with batch by batch.
Why This Matters for Daily Use
A band or strap that's been checked properly holds up to being packed away in a bag, pulled on a hard floor, and used most days of the week without the tension dropping off or the stitching giving way early.
