Any item bought from Kelvinforge can be returned within 30 days of delivery, no reason required. Below are the conditions, the process, who covers the cost and how the refund is paid out.

1. Conditions
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, resaleable condition with all original labels and tags attached; apparel must be unworn and odour-free, equipment must show no signs of use or wear, and sports nutrition items must have their factory seal fully intact, since any broken seal prevents re-sale on hygiene and biosecurity grounds.
2. Steps to return an item
- Submit a return request to support email with your order number
- Receive an RMA return authorization and the designated return address
- Pack items securely in original protective packaging with seals intact
- Receive the refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection
3. Who pays return shipping
If the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost, either with a prepaid label or a courier pickup we book for you. If it's a change of mind, you pay for return shipping; nothing further is deducted.
4. Refund timing and method
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the item passing inspection. Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer to an account you specify; orders paid by bank transfer are refunded to the same account. Your bank typically posts the funds within 1-5 business days.

6. Exchanges
For a different size, variant or product, send the original item back following the return steps and place a new order; we refund the returned item once it arrives. If the exchange is needed because we made an error, the replacement order ships at no charge.
7. Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email [email protected] with your order number. Once the order has shipped, the standard return process applies instead.
