1. The seller

2. The goods

Kelvinforge sells physical fitness equipment (including resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, yoga and exercise mats), training apparel and accessories, and pre-packaged sports nutrition products intended to support a general daily training and wellbeing routine. Each product page states what's included, the quantity and the form it ships in. Photos are for reference; the actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Ordering and contract

An order is placed once checkout is complete. We confirm by email, but the contract is only formed once the goods are dispatched. We may decline an order if stock runs out or the details given can't be verified; in that case any payment made is refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we'll correct it and let you confirm or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, timeframes and costs are listed on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk transfers to you once the goods are handed over.

6. Product images and colours

Product photos show the actual goods we ship. Screen colour depends on calibration, browser settings and room lighting, so a slight shade difference isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on each product page.

7. Transfer of risk

We remain responsible for the goods until the courier hands them to you, or to whoever you named at the delivery address. From that point, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Note any visible transport damage with the courier directly and report it to us within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery, following the process on the Returns page. All fitness equipment sold by Kelvinforge is covered by the statutory guarantee under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended training purpose, and durable under normal domestic use. Defective equipment reported within the statutory period will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with that Act.

• Customized or personalized training equipment and apparel ordered to the customer's specification
• Sports nutrition products and other items with a limited shelf-life once their factory seal has been broken
• Unsealed sports nutrition tubs, sachets or supplement containers, and opened personal-contact items such as mouthguards or grip accessories, for hygiene and biosecurity reasons
• Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other property after delivery
• Digital training content, access codes or media unsealed or activated by the consumer

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, Kelvinforge Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order is limited to the total value of that order, except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Age and use

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Use products as described on their label; they are not a substitute for professional medical guidance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, it falls under the jurisdiction of the court at the seller's registered address, without affecting the statutory consumer rights available in your country of residence.
