   How do I pick the right resistance band strength?

   Each band lists its tension grade on the product page, from light to heavy. If you're not sure, start with a lighter grade for warm-ups and mobility work, and a heavier one for strength sets, you can always order more than one grade in the same parcel.

   How are orders delivered and is there a cut-off time?

   Orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the same day from our Glasgow unit. Delivery timeframes and charges are listed on our delivery page, since they depend on your postcode.

   What's your return policy?

   You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept returns on items that show signs of use, since that affects what we can resell.

   How do I know the materials are what you say they are?

   We name the actual material, such as natural rubber latex or cotton webbing, rather than generic terms like 'premium fabric'. If a batch of material doesn't match what we've listed, we hold it back rather than ship it under our name.
