About the Anchorpoint Suspension Trainer
Suspension training depends entirely on the strength of the webbing and the reliability of the buckle, since your full bodyweight runs through both during every rep. The Anchorpoint trainer uses continuous-loop cotton webbing straps closed with stainless steel buckles, so the adjustment point that gets used most during a session is also the part built to the highest spec. The handles are wrapped in high-density foam over a cotton core, wide enough to hold comfortably during rows and presses without the strap twisting in your hand. A single door anchor sets the whole system up on any standard door, and the included extension strap gives enough length to loop around a beam, bar or tree branch when training outside the house.
- ✓ Continuous-loop cotton webbing, no stitched load joints
- ✓ Stainless steel buckles resistant to surface corrosion
- ✓ High-density foam handles with no latex contact points

How to anchor and adjust the straps
Check the door anchor seats flat and confirm both straps are set to equal length before loading bodyweight onto them.
Loosen the buckles fully before coiling the straps back into the bag to avoid stress on the locking mechanism.
Avoid letting the webbing rub against sharp door edges repeatedly, as this wears the weave faster than normal use.
How your first sessions on the straps usually go
First setup
You anchor the straps to a door, test the hold with partial bodyweight, and set both handles to matching length.
Finding your angles
You adjust strap length across different exercises to find comfortable working positions.
Expanding use
You start using the extension strap to set up on bars or beams outside the house.

With suspension work, the anchor point and buckle quality matter more than anything else in the bag. I check webbing weave and lock mechanisms before I trust any set with a client.
How the Anchorpoint system sets up and adjusts
Anchor the strap
Wedge the door anchor over a closed door or loop the extension strap around a bar.
Attach the straps
Clip both suspension straps onto the anchor point using the stainless steel connectors.
Set the length
Adjust each cam-lock buckle so the handles sit at the height needed for the movement.
Load gradually
Shift bodyweight onto the straps in small increments to confirm the anchor holds before a full rep.
How the set is packed
Straps and handles are coiled flat inside the branded carry bag with a card insert separating the buckles to prevent scuffing during transit.

"Works well on my spare room door. Took a session or two to get the strap lengths matched evenly but no complaints since."

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to drill anything to set this up? +
No, the included door anchor works by wedging over a closed door, so no fixings are needed for standard indoor use.
Can the straps be shortened for push-up style movements? +
Yes, the cam-lock buckles let you shorten each strap individually so handles sit close to the floor for horizontal movements.
What is the maximum recommended body weight for the straps? +
The webbing and buckle hardware are built for general adult bodyweight training; check strap and stitching condition regularly and retire the set if you see fraying or buckle wear.
Can I use this outdoors on a tree branch or bar? +
Yes, the extension strap included in the box gives enough reach to loop around most bars or branches of a suitable diameter.
