About the ForgeLine Band System
Each band in the ForgeLine set is dip-moulded from natural rubber latex in a single continuous layer, a method that keeps the wall thickness even across the full length of the band. That consistency matters: a band with thin spots wears unevenly and loses its tension profile faster than one that is moulded in one pass. The five bands are graded from 10kg to 40kg so a single set covers warm-up stretching through to heavier anchored pulls. The handles use cotton webbing stitched twice along every seam, and the clips connecting bands to anchors are forged from stainless steel hardware rather than cast from a softer alloy. The included pouch keeps the set organised whether it travels to a different room or stays on a hook by the door. Nothing here is built to impress on a shelf; it is built to hold its rating through repeated use.
- ✓ Latex sourced from quality-controlled rubber suppliers
- ✓ Stitching reinforced for repeated stretch cycles
- ✓ Free from PVC coatings
How a graduated band system builds resistance
Anchor the band
Secure one end to a door anchor, fixed point, or under your foot depending on the exercise.
Load the band
Stretching the latex core creates resistance that increases the further it is pulled.
Control the movement
The cotton webbing handle keeps grip stable while you move through the full range of motion.
Reset and repeat
Returning the band to its resting length resets the resistance for the next repetition.
How to anchor and use the band system
Anchor the band at the height needed for the planned exercise and check the clip is fully closed.
Coil the band loosely rather than folding it sharply, then store it in the pouch away from direct heat.
Rotate which band sits on top in the pouch so all bands get even light exposure rather than one staying folded longest.
Daniel Hargreaves
I look at how evenly a band stretches before I recommend it to anyone. A set that moves predictably through its full range is easier to coach with than one that surprises you halfway through a rep.
How the set is packed
All five bands, both handles, the anchors and the pouch ship together in one compact box. The pouch itself doubles as the long-term storage case once the outer box is removed.

Frequently asked questions
Which band should a beginner start with? +
Start with the lowest rated band in the set, usually the 10kg, and move up once a movement feels controlled rather than strained.
Can the bands be combined for more resistance? +
Yes, two bands can be looped together on the same anchor point to add their tension ratings together.
How should the bands be cleaned? +
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry fully before coiling them back into the pouch.
What signs mean a band needs replacing? +
Surface cracking, a chalky texture, or any visible thinning along the band length mean it should be retired.
