About the RollCore Foam Roller
The RollCore roller is moulded from a single block of high-density foam, chosen specifically because it resists compressing flat the way softer, lower-grade foam does after repeated use. A denser core holds its cylindrical shape under full bodyweight pressure, which keeps the rolling surface consistent from the first session to the hundredth. At 33cm long, the roller is sized to fit in a drawer, under a bed, or in a gym bag rather than taking up a corner of a room. The cotton webbing carry strap wraps around the roller for transport, and the included care cloth is there for wiping the surface down between uses. There is nothing adjustable or inflatable here; it is a single solid piece built to be picked up and used without setup.
- ✓ Foam core moulded from quality-controlled high-density stock
- ✓ No hollow or inflatable chambers in the core
- ✓ Carry strap woven from cotton webbing
What changes as you build a rolling routine
Finding your pressure level
You adjust how much bodyweight you shift onto the roller to find a comfortable starting point.
How each roller is checked before dispatch
Fiona Mackay
I check what the material actually is before we list it, not what the supplier's spec sheet claims. If a batch of webbing feels thinner than the last one, it doesn't go out under our name.
How to use and care for the roller
Wipe the roller surface with the care cloth if it was stored somewhere dusty before use.
Wipe down the surface after use and let it air dry before returning it to storage.
Keep the roller near your mat or training area so it becomes part of the routine rather than an extra step to remember.

Frequently asked questions
How firm is the foam compared to a basic roller? +
The high-density core is noticeably firmer than standard low-cost foam rollers, which is what lets it hold its shape under sustained pressure.
Will the roller lose its shape over time? +
The dense foam is chosen to resist flattening, though like any foam product its surface will soften gradually after extended heavy use.
Can it be used on a hard floor? +
Yes, it is designed for use directly on a hard floor surface such as wood, tile or firm carpet.
How do I clean it? +
Wipe the surface with the included cloth and a little water or mild soap, then let it air dry fully before storing.
